Payment Options
The Orwell Private Patient Unit is recognised by, and has direct
settlement agreements with, all major health insurance companies.
The inclusion of treatments within each member’s policy will be
checked by Orwell Private Cardiothoracic Unit staff to ensure
adequate cover, prior to booking.
Self-Pay Patients
Payment will be accepted by cheque in advance, cash or credit
card. For most surgical procedures, the unit offers Fixed Cost Care
package prices. Individual prices are confirmed by the hospital
following your patient’s initial consultation, in advance of
admission.
You could be surprised at how little
it can cost.
