Message from General Manager
Orwell celebrated its third birthday in June; since first
opening Orwell staff have taken great pride in delivering the
highest standard of holistic personalised care to each and every
patient. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been given the
opportunity to lead such a dedicated team.
Our patients are delighted with the service they
receive. Our patient satisfaction survey from the first
quarter of 2011 shows 95% of patients, who responded, were
satisfied with the care and quality of service they received.
In line with all other Ramsay units, Orwell operates a robust
infection control audit and since this unit opened in
June 2008 there have been no cases of MSSA, MRSA Bacteraemia or
C-Diff recorded.
We at Orwell look forward to continuing success and offering
patients “The Best of Both Worlds”. I would like
