General referrals

GPs can refer a patient for outpatient consultation, diagnostic tests or treatment.

To refer, please write to the appropriate Consultant. Appointments may be made by telephone on 01268 394217 (except where stated, please see Consultant list). Referral letters may be faxed

to 01268 394750.
